In order to continue to innovate and retain our focus on providing the best customer experience, there will be a one-time Account Activation fee of $9.99 in addition to any standard installation charges for any new customers activating an account effective 3/13/20. The activation fee offsets a portion of our cost of setting up your account, allocating and restocking equipment to our inventory, activating your devices (boxes/modems) on the network, and connecting your home to Wave services.
